As much as was in him, the Apostle Paul was ready (eager) to preach the gospel of Christ. One of the great byproducts of joy is an eagerness to serve the God of our salvation.

Being yielded to the will of God despite the difficulties of life is indeed a mark of a rejoicing believer.

Genuineness in service is a difficult task to accomplish. Yet, a rejoicing saint is focused on serving the Giver of Joy!

One attribute that should be reflected in the heart of every child of God is thankfulness. After all, the Scripture explicitly states that it is the will of God concerning each saint.

If one would experience real joy, they must possess a genuine salvation. Without salvation, Divine joy will not be present.

The apostle Paul's life was changed the day he came to Christ. From that time, we find a man who found joy in Christ even in the hardest of circumstances.

Rejoicing? With all of the difficulties in life how can I possibly have joy?
