I made a rookie mistake in this 3rd year of home ownership forgetting to turn of the pipe now the water is finished. One of the other thing where I said wealth building is a team effort as a rookie mistake like this I have people who could assist me out of this situation but if I went the wrong way it would be a disaster

New obstacles at work have to buy an umbrella for the rain season and my invest in things to increse my immune system to lessen the chance of catching a cold

in this third year of home ownership to get rid of the ants and roaches and all these things trying to eat around the dinner table to properly use the dining table but also try to limit ants roaches else where

One of the things working a big company is. Yes usually your dream job is at a big company big company has a lot of customers so working where I work you have to be more aware about storing things and carrying money as well as when you lose it the likeliness of you getting it back could be minimal as its a lot of people you don't know who will find it

I know where I want to pursue my masters now will I get there? I don't know but that's more clear

How Ideally How I am going to approach my time

Something to work towards. I Know you want to get your dream job but you want other things as well so the purpose of adancing the career is to get rid of the negative aspects so you can enjoy the good aspects of the career. Which it reach at certain level the barrier of entry isnt as dangerous as it was before as most of the negative aspect is gone

My first experience with a credit card showed me that I am not as smart as I thought 😅

it did not say attendance it says work habit and attitude which was accurate my attitude is good but when you doing it for 8hrs you can't keep that attitude forever. but good to know that work experience was accurate and that its good to do those work experience because more than likely that's how it will be when you start as an employee until you can change it

Something most business don't like you to do and time wasting if you have no money but can be prodctive if you have or getting money. So use wisely

We made it to a new year new opportunites but new obstacles as well to face. Lets see how this go

Entering 27th year or should I say my 28th year not how I would like but some good can come from it if i can over come the bad

Just like everything but the core should not change. it can have better building singer etc but the core should stay the same just a better way to deliver the message of Christ. But don't dispise the days of humble beginnings cause those are the foundational days

Can say its a dream fullfilled so don't give on your dreams you never know when it will happen

Something will save you a lot of time and let you be a saviour to a lot of people in your professional career

once you see something you can't unsee it and as you get older your eyes focus on different things and persive better e.g me at 27 is traversing the same environments but able to find money or job opportunity betters than when I was younger as my eyes are better able to discern opportunity compared to threats compare to younger me.
