You might have heard of my third year fisaco and how that L cause a downhill spiral where I had to do summer school and such but I mostly mention the non- academic reasons but now this episode will mention the academic reason in more details to highlight what really went down those years

"If anything can go wrong it will go wrong"~ murphy's law and just another thing that went wrong in my degree pursuit 😅

Going to the gym is the new flex to the point I don't think many people are going for the right reasons 🤷‍♂️.

When you make your first home purchase get ready for the daily trails as you'll never know what will come. But from my experience be prepared for any and everything that can happen in that first year of home ownership so the second year can be less risky
