week we group by tier through surveys now. surveys are now active again and I was trying coffee as I am working on the night shift. also the supervisor also got sick which also show the importance of the sick days

Week 23 start of a new month with a stats going totally bad. like is one of those weeks. a really depressing start knowing that you put in so much practice and things out of your control cause you too start off so badly also not eating and the night shift really make me feel real unproductive and tired in the times before lunch. makes it feel like torture

getting sick days is important as well in the business of science as getting sick and having the privallage of calling in sick to recover is very important and getting your getting paid for the day because getting sick is human. but based on my work you only get 10 days is that good or bad should there be more? who knows when I open the business I would know

Week 22 is a plateau. we are at the foundation now where its the fundamentals now will make me rise. end the month bad again

another import part of the business of science is not being penalized for work outside your scope as. being force to do work not properly trained for in science is a road for disaster. so you have to ensure to keep the work in scope and only increase the scope after proper training
