Nikhil pivots 180° for the second film his birthday month of movies. This week, he trades the dystopian future of emotionless Clerics for the fantasy of krakens and hijinks of pirates. Let the bullying begin.

Nikhil kicks off his birthday month of movies with this action packed, emotionally stunted, gun-fu "adaptation" of The Giver, Equilibrium, featuring a young Christian Bale.

Eric and Nikhil enact their plan to get back at Jesse for putting them through his suggested movies with this Disney Channel original. Will this get him to leave? Quit? Or will Jesse have the last laugh?

Cancer brings the guys closer together as they review this star studded Seth Rogan film.

The guys wrap their heads around this Lovecraftian adjacent romcom, where a man travels to Italy to escape grief, retaliation, and cops, only to stick his dick in crazy and get an ancient monster pregnant.

Jesse manages to successfully avoid cancelling himself by appealing to the shared trauma between all three hosts. Reflections on learned lessons, discussion of cinematography,  and turtle appropriation ensue.

Theme of the Month: Hangover Host: All Movie: The Hangover At the end of the month, the guys agree on a movie to wrap up the theme. Closing out the first month of this show, the comedy that capped off the 2000's, The Hangover.

Theme of the Month: Hangover Host: Nikhil Movie:  In his hosting debut, Nikhil gets creative with the theme of the month, and instead of picking another film featuring alcohol abuse, he chooses nooses in this George Clooney classic.

Monthly theme: Hangover Host: Jesse Movie: The Animal House A lesson that comedy movies from the late 70's and early 80s don't really hold up, Eric and Nikhil do what they can to avoid discussing the quintessential college classic, while Jesse tries to convince them it wasn't all that bad.

January Theme: Hangover  Host: Eric Movie: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang New show, new format, new co-host. Eric and Jesse bring their friend Nikhil on board to discuss movies. Eric kicks off the series by  hosting a discussion about one of his favorite Shane Black movies.

As the trial comes to a close, Jesse tries to keep Eric off the topic by talking about his sister's trip to Ireland, how his brother wants to find their Spanish ancestors, and trying to get him to reminisce about Krispy Kreme fundraisers. But as Eric begins to relapse to his Amby-en Depp-endency, something happens that instead, leads him to reveal his intentions to use his own family for content.

Jesse catches up with fellow voice actor and podcast host, Flynn Hendrix, who pulls back the curtain on the life of being an independent pro wrestler, how to maintain a character's believability offstage, and how the sport compliments his career in voice acting. They two also discover how they've essentially taken the same path in life...except Flynn wasn't a week late in uploading what was suppos...

After Eric spent too much time watching videos of child prodigy musicians, the two reflect on their past as "musicians". From there, they discuss how and when you can tell when music is treated as an aid in storytelling, and when it's reduced to an afterthought. Finally, Jesse does a whole ass presentation that's immediately followed by a special Cameo appearance.

The guys celebrate Eric's birthday by discussing their favorite Christmas music and specials, exchange gifts...twice, and how weird Great Britain is. Did you know that in Britain, they sometimes call Christmas Crimbo? This is way more relevant to this episode than it should be.
