"Dude you have the best job." I have heard this a time or two. I agree in part. I love my job, well, certain parts of my job. Other parts I am not as fond of. On this episode I dig into the good, the bad, and the ugly of being an outdoor producer.

I get asked a lot if I use a shot list when I am on a shoot. The answer is, not so much anymore but I sure used to. In this episode I give a general breakdown of a shot list and go over what it means and how to use it to your advantage in the field.

Getting a job in this business is believe it or not easier than it used to be. The industry is a lot bigger and there are a few things you can do to help your odds.

When you are out on a hunt and filming and videoing sometimes for days and weeks you are going to have to dump that footage somewhere and organize it. This podcast goes over my process of doing that and also how I back up and store that media since it can't be duplicated if I were to lose it.
