Redemption to the Nations Church

After we are saved and are born again we become ambassadors through Christ. How hard are we working to make it difficult for people to go to hell? For the rest of our lives, we need to make it hard for that to happen.

Pastor Kevin shares what God has been speaking to him about getting not only his personal house (body) in order, but preparing ourselves for the outpouring if His spirit. In order for us to receive all that God has prepared we need to cleanse ourselves of sin so when the rain of his blessing begins to flow.

God has called us all to serve. We must be servants before we can be promoted. Pastor Kevin shares that Philip was a servant and had a deep passion for others and when the time came he became an evangelist, but it wouldn't have happened had he not served others first. Even while in leadership we must always keep the needs of others before us.

Culture of the House

Pastor Kevin continues the discussion of the culture of the house. The church is usually the last place to adapt to change because we know that God never changes, but if we are going to be who we say we want to be, then our methods will have to change.

Pastor Kevin discusses what the culture of the church is. You can say what you want to be, but are you living it out? There must be a voice that declares what culture the house will be, there must be buy in, and then the demonstration of that vision.

We all need relationships. God created us to be relational. First, to have relationship with God and second, with one another. If our relationship with Jesus is messed up, every other relationship suffers. The will of God for our lives is to be connected with people.

Jacob's life was one of a rollercoaster. He walks with God one day and turns his back the next, but we see that God is always faithful and there is no greater Father than Him. God reminds us through the story that he is both Father of Jacob and his new and better side, Israel.

You have an assignment and responsibilities. Discovering what those are is sometimes realized in figuring out what we are not supposed to be doing.

Pentecost Sunday

If there is anyone that has a natural radar, it's the mom. A mother naturally knows and can sense danger over her children, but God has given us all a spiritual radar to detect the schemes and intercept the plans of the enemy.

How do we know something is from God or if it's off limits for our life? God is not an author of confusion and truly wants you to know what His will is for your life. In this introductory message, Pastor Kevin dives into how we can use our internal "radar" to discern and know.

You were not meant to just survive. You were not meant to just get by, but through Christ who loves us, we become more than conquerors. Everything Satan has tried to do against you has just been a launching pad to get you from glory to glory.

Pastor Kevin continues the series in the book of Revelation where John wrote to the 7 churches of Asia-minor. Some were commended, but most rebuked. We can apply these to our own life in recognizing the threat of our condition and the reward of overcoming.

If you are going through any type of struggle or challenge in your faith, take hope that Jesus wants you to know that it's just part of the journey and that there is a reward for the overcomer.

Jesus the Overcomer

Everyone has to answer the most important question in your life, "Who do you say that I (Jesus) am?" There are only 2 answers you can make. That he is the Way, the Truth and the Life, or that he is the biggest fraud in history. There is no neutral ground.

God calls us Kings and Priests, yet we haven't even mastered it yet. You have a prophetic destiny that has already been declared and life is about getting you ready to reign. You are training to reign.

Is there a king in you? It doesn't matter if you're in a day season and can see or a night season and can't see anything, there is always a revelation that there is something greater coming out of you for your life.
