Please read 2 Timothy 2: 19-26 before you listen to the sermon.  This sermon is titled, “A Faithful Family Formed On a Firm Foundation”. It is based upon 2 Timothy 2:19-26, and has three main points: 1) Created as God’s family on God’s foundation, vs. 19, Set Apart For Service in God’s House, vs. 20-23, How pastors should serve, vs. 24-26.

“Workers Who Give It Straight” is the title of this message, based on 2 Timothy 2:14-19.  It has three points: Preach the Word Straight (vs. 14-15), Shun False Teaching (vs.16-18), Declare Sovereign Choice and Our Responsibility Clearly (v. 19).

The title of this message is "Disciples Follow".  It is part of a series on discipleship, following Christ, from 2 Timothy.  The outline is: Disciples Remember Who Was Raised (V. 8a), Disciples Remember What Power Was Released in Christ Jesus (Vs. 8b-10), Disciples Remember Christ’s Call and Christ’s Faithfulness (Vs. 11-13).

Here is the outline for the sermon:  The Grace of Christ strengthens us as disciples - v. 1 Guard the gospel through making faithful disciples - v. 2, 3a Guard the gospel, like a soldier who fights without distraction (vs. 3, 4), like an athlete who competes with self-discipline (v. 5), like a farmer who works hard toward a harvest (vs. 6, 7)
