Although Londoners don't daily see sheep & shepherds this Biblical image reveals lots to us about God: He provides, He guides, He protects, He is faithful, He is tender and He fights for us. In Jesus we see a shepherd who personally knows all the sheep and is prepared to die for them. Psalm 23 & John 10.
