Discipleship. It’s not something that we should take lightly. It is hard and costly; however, when we commit to it, we discover that we have true life in Jesus. Join us as we learn in John 6:60-71 how to guard our hearts so that we can remain committed to Jesus.

Sometimes faith is comforting. Other times, it’s painful. What happens when following Jesus requires more than we expected? When his words challenge us, confuse us, or even offend us? God performs miracles not only to showcase His glory, but also to help us recognize and respond to Him. This Sunday, we’ll see in John 5:1-15 that a miracle’s true significance is in how we recognize and respond to unexpected intentional God moments that go beyond the physical or natural to breathe life into our spiritual condition.

What does it mean to have real, authentic faith? Is it just believing in God when things go our way, or is it trusting Him even when we can’t see the outcome? In John 4:43-54, a royal official comes to Jesus in desperation, but he leaves with something even greater than a miracle—genuine faith.
