In our final sermon in the series Walking with Jesus, we looked at Luke 18 and considered what it means to focus our vision on Jesus. May we never look to what we do or not do for justification before God, but rather may we always look only to what Jesus has done for us!

In our sixth week in the Gospel of Luke, we looked at some of Jesus' most famous teachings - the parables of the lost sheep, the lost coin, and the lost son. We did so in order to consider where we are in relation to him that we might have a better sense of who he is to us.

In our fourth week in the Gospel of Luke, we focused on getting to know Jesus in the context of our repentance from Luke 13:1-9. While we often frown on the discipline of repentance, it’s in true repentance that we find freedom, joy, and life. And it’s where we get to know Jesus most intimately.
