God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit work such that the Christian has peace. That peace is unshakable because it is conditioned by God's justification by faith through the Lord Jesus Christ. Because God never changes, our peace is grown in suffering unto hope.

Pentecost 2024. These are the genuine works of the Spirit: that we’d see greater and greater summons to repentance in ourselves and greater comprehension of the truth which leads us to glorify the Father and Son.

We can be free from the tyranny of finding our purpose by accepting the claims God has on our lives and trusting Him when we fall short.

We either die in Adam or live in Christ. Draw near to Christ to receive eternal life.

God’s name and reputation is the guarantee of our salvation. He has linked His glory to our deliverance, so we can have assurance than no matter our circumstances, we are His.

God is faithful to send a prophet to serve His people by bringing comfort and clarity. Samuel is a foreshadow of Jesus, the final prophet.

If we misunderstand the purpose and meaning of our strengths, they can become liabilities. Samson's supernatural birth and sacrificial death anticipate Jesus's incarnation. But its Jesus's humility in which we see the meaning of true strength.

God, keeps his redemptive promises in spite of Abraham's counterproductive efforts through the gift of a supernaturally provided Son, culminating in the Lord Jesus Christ who puts things right through his kingship.
