Our Church was recently vandalized. Here is Pastor Jesse’s word of encouragement to our Church.

How can we have assurance that God has saved us and that God will keep His promise to us?

Join us as Pastor Jesse discusses that in God’s plan of redemption, God has a great plan to unite all things in Christ and that gives us hope! We can be hopeful because God has a plan, Christ will be victorious, and we have purpose!

Today, Pastor Jesse is out of town, so Cliff Swink, a member of RCBC, fills in to share God’s Word from Psalm 51!

Because we have been redeemed by grace, we can live freely for Christ because He has set us free from God’s judgment, from all fear, and from shame and guilt! *************This sermon is not complete, the camera died just a few minutes before the sermon ended.

We are adopted by the Father to live for His glory!

We are predestined by the Father for our joy and His glory. We can rejoice in God’s love, in being sons, in having hope, and in receiving grace!

Have you asked yourself how you are saved? Pastor Jesse answers this question from Ephesians 1:4 on how our salvation was determined by God before the foundation of the world.

Because God is deserving of all our worship because of His grace in Jesus, we must consider the God who blesses, those who are blessed, the One who purchased our blessings, and the blessings themselves that are given.

The only way we can live to the glory of God is through the grace of God that helps us to be radically transformed, full of faith, and abounding in blessing!

Because Jesus is risen, we have reason to worship because He leads us in worship, He is worthy of our worship, and He will draw others to worship!

Jesus is forsaken by God so that we won’t be by being our sin-bearer, our suffering-servant, and our hope-giver.

Jesus is the King worthy of all praise because He is our sovereign King, our prophetic King, our humble King, and our redeeming King!

In the midst of suffering, trials, and persecution, we are called to stand firm IN God’s grace by being humble, vigilant, and hopeful. And we can only do this BY God’s grace!

You can trust God with your anxieties because He actually cares for you. We do that by humbly submitting to God, giving our worries to God, and trusting in the promises of God.

In a world of hostility, the Church needs Christ-like Elders.

Because God is faithful, we can persevere in suffering.

Because the godly will suffer we must be equipped with a Christ-like mind, a godly heart, a firm foundation, and a living hope in order to be faithful to the end.

Peter encourages us to faithfully endure by reminding us of Christ’s suffering that secures our adoption, his success that strengthens our faith, his salvation that promises new life, and his sovereignty that soothes our suffering.

In Christ, we should live to be a blessing to others in a world that hates us because, through the gospel, we have a calling to bless others, a courage to face opposition, a confession to make known, and a confidence to endure suffering.

A healthy marriage is one that is a reflection of the gospel that involves Christ-like Conduct, Character, and Concern.

We can endure unjust suffering when we are mindful of God and the gospel by remembering that God rewards those who endure suffering unjustly, that Christ is our example of suffering unjustly, and that the gospel is our hope when suffering unjustly.

The Church is called to revere God by submitting to governmental authorities. The Church submits because it is God’s will, it displays the true people of God, and expresses our freedom in God. The Church submits by honoring everyone, loving the brotherhood, fearing God, and honoring the emperor.

We are called to live as light in a dark world by proclaiming the light of Christ, exposing the darkness of sin, living as holy people, and drawing others to Jesus.
