This week Korey finishes up his series on Acts. As we wrap up the series we watch Paul leave his greatest legacy while under house arrest and in prison, his letters to the churches. The book of Acts teaches us about what true faithfulness looks like and what it looks like to create impactful communities.

This week Korey continues his series in Acts and highlights a story in Acts 14. We follow Paul and Barnabas as they witness a lame man walk, people worshipping them as gods, the same people turning on them and stoning them to death, and finally Paul being miraculously strengthened and healed after he was left for dead.

This week we continue on in the book of Acts and learn about the ups and downs of Stephen’s life and the imprisonment of Peter and his miraculous release. The apostles were not special. When we slow down to listen the Lord will speak to us the same way he spoke to them.

This week Korey begins a series highlighting what happened after Jesus ascended as the gospel began to spread across the region to form the early church. As the disciples received the Holy Spirit they became powerful witnesses that drew many to Christ. When the Holy Spirit comes upon our life he gives many different gifts and no particular one is more spiritual than another.

This week we finish off the story that changed the world with *the* event that changed history forever. Without this piece all of Jesus’ miracles, signs, teachings, and acts of love would mean nothing. In Jesus’ last days we see ourselves through the eyes and experience of Peter as he wrestles with his denial and love of Jesus.

This week we see a glimpse into Jesus’ radical love for us as we unpack his nature as the good shepherd and watch his relationship unfold with Zaccheus as he pursues him. Do we pursue the outcast and the lost like Jesus did? Does our life have room in it to go after the ones he loves?

This week we learn about the baptism of Jesus, his 40 days of no food or water in the desert, 12 unlikely men being called by Jesus, and finally two important messages taught by him. He came to set all people free — in and out, poor and rich, esteemed and despised. Will you follow him by laying down your own life?

This week Korey begins a 4 part teaching on a series of events that changed the world forever. We learn this week about the doubting priest Zechariah, the foretelling of the birth of his son John the Baptist, terrifying angel appearances, and the bold faith of a teenage girl named Mary.

Have you ever been in a season of your life that doesn’t make sense? Have you wondered if God is still on your side or if he has left you on your own?  This week we had the great privilege of having Jeremy Smith remind us that God is not like us. His wisdom is high above ours and his plan spans generations.

The Bible is more than stories, it’s history.  This week Korey shows us how Jesus of Nazareth was a real man who affected real people. 

In America we are overwhelmed by our constant busyness, inundated by anxiety and exhaustion. What would it look like for your family to have a day where you prioritize rest and renewal over busyness and output?  This week we had the honor of hosting Pastors Eddie and Beth Taylor as they taught us about the value of leading from rest, not for rest.

In the kingdom, faith always trumps the facts. This week Korey challenges us to examine areas of our life where we have let fear and facts keep us from following God where he is leading us.

Your thoughts about yourself reveal the strength of your self worth. If Jesus teaches to love your neighbor *as* you love yourself, how can we entertain any negative thoughts about our selves?  This week Korey pushes us to put away our negative self talk and to look at ourselves the way the Father sees us. 

How often do we blame others for our situation? Or compare our disadvantages to another’s advantages?  This week Korey calls out the victim mindset and shows us how to walk into the mentality of a victor. 

Often times our old ways of thinking won’t serve us well in the new things the Lord wants to pour out onto our lives. This week Korey pushes us challenge our old thought patterns by renewing them with the word of God.
