Episode 73 - Intelligence & Character focuses on the challenges of educating ourselves and others to meet the requirements of an ever changing world. Listen in to  get a sense of the challenges we all face to meet this challenge.

Ever been surprise at how easy it was to achieve something very important? Sometimes we are surprised at the lack of push back against our thinking. Sometimes we are just so happy with the outcomes we just assume we must have done something right. Listen in to consider the role of our mental models in framing our experiences in this regard.

Life is unknown as a journey looking forward, the best we can do take confidence from our past efforts and apply that to the future. In Episode 65 we discuss the challenges of doing just this. Listen in to see how well you are mentally managing to connect your past to your future.

Following on from my rant in Episode 55, I have decided that Episode 56 should pick up the theme of personal development. Let's gut folks stepping up first before they start up.
