It's time to start Showing Up For Yourself. You can often deplete yourself of your time, energy and resources when you're constantly working and running to help others. You can easily neglect yourself. Turn that thing around now! Begin to pour back into yourself. Learn to say NO!

We all have experienced some form of emotional hurt, injury or wounds in our lives. If not, its coming for sure. Those who inflicted the pain may never apologize but you must release it. Personal growth comes when we forgive. Remember, It's For You Not Them!
