Mental health is no toy. Many people love to laugh at others pain and sadness. Mental health crisis can occur at any time. When it comes to the black community, it seems our mental health always gets ignored and pushed to the side.... THAT HAS TO STOP!!!

A lot has happened since my last episode. Life has been rocky and I know I'm not alone. Buckle up! You find out who is really in your corner when you're down in life. A lot of posers and lames. Believe in yourselves and never quit.

How is it that America continues to show us that they value dogs more than a black life? Actions continue to speak louder than words.
