Creating culture in a business and even in the church starts with the classic vision and mission as seen in your handbook. Pastor Sean says the top two foundational bullet points in your manual come right out of the Bible as the top two commandments of all time. It's up to the leader to be the architect and protector of that culture. Beware the culture killers.
