Donald Trump has been trying everything to delay the FBI's investigation. In fact he's even appealed the case to the Supreme Court. Now they have no basis in standing and the appeal will be denied. But for good measure the DOJ has told SCOTUS to stay out of it. Let's get into it.

There was  a debate between Representative Tim Ryan and author J.D. Vance last night. They are both running for an Ohio US Senate seat. Ryan is a sharp guy and very articulate. J.D. Vance is literally a Trump Humping, carpet bagging POS. Ryan pretty much destroyed Vance. He would give the Top Secret documents to the NARA in exchange for documents that prove he wasn't working with the Russians during the 2016 election. He doesn't know which documents he wants but he "know" they exist. Absolutely delusional. Let's get into it.

It's now believed that Donald Trump may still have Top Secret documents in his position. This with all the other issues suggest indictments are imminent. Let's get into it.

Fani Willis down in Georgia is stirring things up again. She's gone to a judge seeking permission to make some searches. I'm thinking the fake electors may be getting a surprise visit. Let's get into it

Even though Donald Trump had a bought and paid for Judge, a Special Master and the very Special Master he wanted regard the Top Secret documents he stole. Still he's not happy with the answers he's getting so he's appealing to the Supreme Court. Don't get excited. The FBI can continue the investigation and the likelihood that they will hear it is slim. Let's get into it.

Five members of the para military group Oath Keepers went to trial for Seditious Conspiracy for their actions on January 6th.  Now this is a serious charge and may also expose their co-conspirators. These co-conspirators could be sitting members of Congress, members of the Trump Administration or even the wife of a Supreme Court Justice. Let's get into it.

The Supreme Court is back in session today and Democrats are concerned. You'll remember in their last session the overturned Roe V Wade. The January 6th Committee had a hearing scheduled for today has been postponed because of Hurricane Ian bearing down on Florida. All attention should should be focused on this impending crisis. In addition, the J6 needs all attention focused on the hearing to get the full benefit. Let's get into it.

There are big things happening this week. Tomorrow it's the next January 6th Committee hearing. There will be some bombshells and names exposed. On Friday Special Master Dearie has basically told Donald Trump to put up or shut up. On Friday he needs to deliver proof that he declassified documents and that the FBI planted documents. Don't hold your breath. There is no evidence. Let's get into it.

Ed joins me on the show today and we discuss the fact that the radical right isn't just rearing it's ugly head hear in the US. We are seeing this in other parts of the world including Sweden and Italy. The question is why? Let's get into it.

On the 60 Minutes television show last night a former technical advisor from the January 6th Committee claims there is evidence that on January 6th there was a call from the White House to a rioter. Well that's pretty damning and compelling. Frankly it's not all that surprising. But if true it would be corroborating evidence. Let's get into it.

Trump's advisors are getting extremely nervous about the speed at which the investigation into the Top Secret documents that Donald Trump stole. They did try to slow things down by asking for a Special Master. Well that hasn't worked out too well for them. The FBI can now investigate the documents and pursue prosecution. Let's get into it.

Well it's been one of those days. A very bad terrible day. I was annoyed by a number of things today. I don't like going negative generally but I'm afraid it caught up with me today.
