Roseau, MN resident Karen Engevik is the 2015 "Star Artist of the Year." The award is one of many recently announced by the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council (NWMAC) at its recent Spring Art Exhibition in Thief River Falls, MN. Karen shares her thoughts on art, an artist gift shop in Roseau and her winning a $5,000 prize for being named Star Artist of the Year.
