Heavy gunshots were heard in Juba on Thursday, November 21st. Army spokesperson Major General Lul Ruai stated that the shooting was coming from the residence of the former Director General of the National Security Services (NSS) Internal Security Bureau, General Akol Koor Kuc. Ruai urged the public to stay calm, assuring them that the situation would not escalate.
