Eleven people have been arrested at the University of KwaZulu-Natal Westville campus and eight of them are not students. Police and the university security personnel raided the student residence blocks to conduct search and seizure operations. Yesterday students stoned passing cars and also threw petrol bombs at the police. Nonkululeko Hlophe reports.
