A woman who refused to take the COVID-19 vaccine a year ago has won her case against her employer. The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration has ruled that the dismissal was unfair and ordered the employer to compensate her for a year’s salary which is almost R300 000 by July 25, 2022. The four police officers who were accused of fatally shooting Mthokozisi Ntumba have been found not guilty on all counts. The defense had brought an application to have all counts dismissed.
