There’s no magic, and the only thing that you can do is to focus on doing your work. The whole game of academia is just a grind and you have to keep reminding yourself that you are doing good and giving yourself encouragement.

I talk about how there will come a day when it will be your last day. You have to reflect on what you’re trying to do in your life, and realize that accumulating things that’s not matter as much as being able to enjoy little moments in your life.
