Focus on what you do well, not on what others do well compared to you 18.07.2022 5:04

You can block people on Facebook and that is OK 13.07.2022 5:08
I used to feel very guilty about blocking people that add crazy to my life, but I no longer do. It has been one of the best things that I’ve done in the last few years is to block out crazy. You don’t need more drama that sucks the life out of you. Best thing that you can possibly do is add positive voices in your world and remove those that pull you down.

I talk about how entrepreneurship is about backwards induction of trying to figure out how to get people to care about some thing that you created. It’s about realizing that almost everybody does not care, and then figuring out how to build this particular product such that people do care. It’s not intuitive at all.

I suggest that nobody really knows what they’re doing and everybody is living their life for the first time. The only difference between somebody that understands what they’re doing right now is because they put in a tremendous amount of time and effort, and they really do not know what they’re doing right now.
