In this life you not only have to learn, but you also have to unlearn so as to grow.

Change is so exhausting/uncomfortable/ stressful and to be honest, the one thing I could really do without. Yet change is the most consistent thing in life!!!

I think I have hit rock bottom. It's crazy that my solution for it is a vulnerable podcast episode but please humour me: Have you ever hit rock bottom? How was that like? How did you come out of it?

I realise I am proud. Can you see it in yourself too?

I have realized that our inclination to judge others comes from a lack of empathy to what they are going through. It also stems from a sort of pride. The feeling that it could never be us in that position. However, it is important to know that this world doesn't run fair, and it can be you.

I have a question for you, are we good people who do good things occasionally or are we bad people who do good things occasionally?

You see, we love roses but we barely ever grow them. We remember our love for them on occasions and then soon after move on to continue living life roselessly till the next time we need to send another rose to say something. It then begs the question, would you rather be a vegetable or a flower?

Ayela was a flower. Most probably a rose. We all love roses, yellow ones to say sorry and show friendship, pink ones to say thank you, white roses for new beginnings and the eminent red rose for love and passion. We all love roses, but how may of us grow them?

We are what we eat, drink, listen and watch! Are you aware of your intake and how it affects you?
