The Bible is full of God’s promises to us. He promises that for as long as we have breath in our lungs, the goodness of God and His unfailing love will always be with us. In week four of our “I am” series, one of the Queen City Church’s own, Lauren Sheppard, discusses what Jesus is saying when he declares, “I am the Good Shepherd”.

Jesus is the door into eternal life. When Jesus promises eternal life, He is offering a better place than where we are right now, and the only way to get there is through Jesus. Join us in week three of the series as Pastor Brian shares what He means when Jesus says “I am the door”.

Even the smallest amount of light will always defeat any amount of darkness. No matter how dark a circumstance may be, there is always a light that leads to life, and that spiritual light is Jesus. When we know who Jesus is, we see who he is calling us to be. During this series, we are going to learn more about Jesus by looking at 7 “I am ________” statements Jesus makes in the book of John in the Bible. In the first week of the series, Pastor Brian shares on the statement, “I Am The Bread of Life”.

Every day, we have the choice to line ourselves up to either truth, or lies. If you want consistency in your relationship with God, you have to consistently line up to truth. In our final week of the series, Pastor Brian discusses the fundamentals of proper alignment.

Building a relationship with God is much like building any other relationship; it requires communication. Prayer, in short, is just a conversation with God. Join us in week one of our new series, “fundamentals”, as Pastor Brian discusses how to develop a lifestyle of prayer.

In one translation of the Bible, it says you, “…cannot serve God and mammon” KJV Matthew 6:24. If the word ‘mammon’ doesn’t mean ‘money’, what does it mean?
