In November, 2017, a Baltimore City Police Officer confronted a man with a knife, and .... And, well... nothing. The man put down the knife, the officer handcuffed him, and everyone went home (eventually).  This happens hundreds of times a day throughout the US. But this officer was caught on body-worn camera video, so it was one of the rare times we could all listen in as an officer did his job....
