Today we started a new series called 'Your Call.' For three weeks we will be looking at three choices that can radically change your life! This week we looked at our foundation- Jesus Christ. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so that we could establish a relationship with Him and build a firm foundation.

Often we build a custom Jesus based on our preferences and the influence of culture. On Palm Sunday, we are reminded to worship the true Jesus, the one that is testified to in God's word.

As Americans, we love to be self sufficient. Our culture glorifies being able to do things on our own. James, however, challenges us to live a life of humility; being dependent on God and other people.
