How do we truly solve the political polarization which is confusing so many? We must learn from Jeremiah that God is still Sovereign. We will always be part of His plan and it does us no good to resist Him as we learn today. 

Jeremiah predicted a community that would live "before the Lord." As we listen to debates of what our communities should like in this modern day, let's consider what the bible teaches us about the New Covenant Community.

Preacher Mike preaches to us about the Common things which put us in Captivity to this world. He explores the words of Jeremiah and other New Testament scriptures to help us understand our circumstance, situation, point of reference and point of view in this world. 

The Prophet Jeremiah was given the authority to speak for God to the nations of his day. They ignored him to their demise. We don't want to make the same mistake because God is ready to prosper us with hope and a future. Today we explore the warnings and wisdom offered by Jeremiah found in the Common Promise he made and the compromise that often follows.

Our journey in this life is singular, we are to safely get home to heaven to be joined together with Jesus Christ as our groom for eternity. Blessings are not based upon circumstance, they are based upon "sowing and reaping." As we try to say good-bye to 2020, as if it was a horrible year, remember if we don't change our perspective we will find 2021 to be even worse. We take a look at Galatians 6 today which teaches how to insure our every year is full of life and peace.
