It's the end of the year! Here is my final podcast episode of 2022. I'm talking about some key takeaways from another year of building my pool service business. The first 3 years were all about growing at all cost. Next year it'll be time to really focus on the fundamentals and building a solid foundation, that will act as the bedrock of the empire I'm going to build.
