When you're tired you'll leave.... Advice I typically give people when repeating negative cycles within their relationships. This happened to be what Spirit dropped on me regarding my relationship with myself. I had to get real with myself and acknowledge that I haven't taken my wellbeing seriously in a while. I haven't taken regular Spirit baths. I haven't been on my mat consistently since 2020....

Grief is in the air and we must remember it's part of life. We grieve more than the death of a person. We grieve loss. Loss of relationships, careers, financial stability, etc. If you are in the season of grief, give yourself grace. Talk to a counselor. Try not to sit in it, but feel your way through it instead. Sometimes we hold on to people and the idea of people so long, we don't leave room for them to grow. If we're scared of losing someone we have to ask ourselves why.
