Back to school! The three words that can strike fear in the hearts of children nationwide! As we get older, it becomes more nerves due to unknowns from a new beginning. The truth is, the new beginnings never stop. But, thankfully, just like parents are there to walk a child in for the first day, so God is there to walk us in and through each new beginning. 

Remember when you were a kid and you thought you knew everything? Then a parent corrected you, but you were still certain they couldn't be more wrong. Then you grew a realized they were right about way more than they were wrong? HAHA! Yeah, let's talk about that.

The concept of a "core memory" is that certain experiences can shape our lives. While this concept is neither biblical or scientific, there's no doubt that our past can shape our future. And, since our past can be both troubling and triumphant, we must decide Who shapes our future instead of what. We got a chance to talk about this in this episode. We hope you enjoy.
