If you're having problems, God isn't necessarily punishing you, and He's definitely not abandoning you... We're going to face troubles but He is with you at all times and He works for our good in all situations, even when it doesn't seem so.

Count on the Lord to work in your life and "expand the house" when you invite Him in. Be ready for change - He's going to knock down some walls to make it "fit for a King."

If an average "Joe" was selected to compete in an event would you do it and what event would you choose?

He is so amazing. Thinking about the story of the woman who touched Jesus' hem... He called her "daughter." You are His daughter (or son) too and He's cheering you on for your best in Him.

It absolutely does... We become our worst person and inconsiderate as we're overwhelmed with 'hurry.' If you notice it's an issue, there's hope to make a change.

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12: "and to make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you, 12 so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody." From the Word we hear this! It's so freeing to only focus on our own business because we have plenty of it to keep us busy.

We've taken the personality tests and find all of that is fascinating, and it gives us insight into how we operate, but our true identity, who we are, is found in Christ.

There are lots of things that are hard to do but here's the thing, we just need to start. Stay with it - It will wind up being what you do because you chose to start.

We love this quote so much because it encapsulates reality... You especially feel this as a parent.

Apparently there were scheduling conflicts. We would have loved being on that call - It must have gone down something like this: "Hey Jeff, I guess I can't go to space, I've got a conflict." Just wondering, if you could go to space for free, would you?

Sometimes we don't say why we appreciate and care about our friendships. Let's be more intentional on communicating with our friends what it is that we appreciate about them; what it is that makes them special to us.

We weren't designed to fix everything and do all the things. God is sovereign and has equipped each of us with unique giftings. We're part of a body that works together for Him.

This is hard. Forgiveness is an act of worship. It's looking beyond the "what they did to me" and setting our eyes on Him with the exclusive intention to obey and follow God's divine words to us.
