End of October weekly round up.. it’s been a positive week finished with the completion of a purchase lease option direct to vendor…. The budget has been a big topic of the week… and it’s not overly affected what we are currently working on but will do moving forward but after a great meeting with Rob at abode estates It’s quite clear that it’s the purchase prices that will be effected mostly
