Yeah I have to share how this biker rally triggered me but also simultaneously healed me in many ways. Not to mention all of the things I saw during the rally! It was crazy y’all! I hope you enjoy the segment and that it helps women everywhere!

Ever since I quit taking stimulants I’m having trouble adjusting to my new state of being. I feel like I’m a sloth. Running in mud except my mind. It’s as speedy as ever. Hop on the merry go round that is my mind this morning. See if you can make sense of it all. Smooches 😘

Thank God Saturn is out of retrograde!! Karmic debts are now repaid. Thank GOODNESS 😅 Maybe since the moon is in my sign right now I can dominate for once with my intentions!! 💪

I decided to go ahead and just post a small segment today. I hope this finds you doing well and getting better every day!

I finished my FASFA now I just have to apply at school. I also burst into tears realizing that I could have left my husband five years ago if I knew that you could pay for off campus housing with a federal student school loan!

Y’all know I don’t need to title my podcast it never matches anything I talk about!! That’s the ADDelishishness that is me!!! ;)

Every time I come back to my podcast I find previous episodes never uploaded. Such is the life of an ADHD person. I make the podcast with the greatest of intentions. I simply forget to upload it. But then again how do I know which segment is my last? Ha ha! Just listen and learn…😁
