Pointless Exercise - A Desipio Podcast

It's just Andy and Mike this week, though they spend some time trying to guess what Kyle's job is.  They also have actual segments!  First, they try to make sense of a Phil Rogers Tweet, then they debate just how Kyle Schwarber could possibly be stunting Albert Almora's development.  Third, they talk about Dave Kaplan's new/old job, and finally, just how big can any series be in May...

All three of the dopes are back and they talk about the Cubs actually winning some games, Kris Bryant's slump, the general awesomeness of Javy Baez, the Kap - Gordo Twitter beef, and the Conan O'Brien joke stealing trial.  Seriously.  There's a Desipio connection to it.  Finally, they talk about Cubs blogs past and present and Mike tells the story about getting banned from the old W...

Andy and Mike jump on just as a Cubs rain delay is ending, so maybe it's a pre-postgame pod?  They discuss what if the Cubs aren't just off to a slow start, but are actually kind of bad?  They play a scintillating game of "Who's the longest tenured player on every MLB team?"  They try to figure out why the Cubs can't develop pitchers...ever, and wonder if the team inadvertently crea...

This week it's Andy and Mike without Kyle.  Mike tells thrilling tales of his trip to Texas, Andy breaks news about the postgame after the postgame following Cubs games on NBC Sports Chicago, they try to make sense of Carl Edwards Jr's ill-fated stop action pitching motion, the podcast has a sponsor, and much, much more. 

Andy and Kyle kick off the new Desipio Cubs Podcast season by previewing the start of the 2019 campaign.  With Mike AWOL they make fun of the other teams in the NL Central, try to figure out why the Brewers insist on playing a 270 pound man at second base, and make their predictions for the new year.

The guys are back to preview game 163 between the Cubs and Brewers to determine who wins the NL Central and who ends up the dreaded wild card.

Andy, Kyle and Mike break down the incredible, stress-inducing NLDS win over Dusty's Nationals and look ahead to the Cubs-Dodgers NLCS preview as the Cubs try to go back to the World Series for a second straight year.  A lot of people forget that they won it last year.

The Cubs are back in the playoffs and so Andy and Mike are back for another podcast.  This time they are joined by Kyle Reichert--who was set to replace Mike, but then Mike showed up anyway.  The guys preview the Cubs and Nats, and work their way through every playoff matchup.  You'll never guess who they pick.

Our heroes break down the Cubs World Series win, the parade, the rally, Kyle Schwarber on Live with Kelly and Arod(huh?) and a lot more.  They also plan a road trip to St. Louis next year to see the Cubs open the season, and mostly to annoy Cardinals fans. 

The Chicago Cubs have advanced to the World Series for the first time since 1945 and so Desipio.com and Hire Jim Essian.com threw together a hastily organized podcast to recap the Cubs NLCS win over the LA Dodgers and preview the World Series v. the Cleveland Indians. 

The Cubs are on to the NLCS again, and the guys from Desipio and Hire Jim Essian are back to preview it.  They did the podcast live and took questions and comments from viewers.  This is a long one, and to be honest, you can probably bail after the first hour. 

The idiots are back after nearly a year off to preview the playoffs, talk about the Cubs and to try to name who hit every Cubs playoff homer ever.  No, really. 

Our heroes return with their third podcast in three weeks.  This time they review the Cubs win over the hated Cardinals in the NLCS and preview the team's first appearance in the National League Championship Series since 2003.

Two podcasts in three days for our heroes.  The Cubs wild card win over the Pirates gets dissected in full and then they turn their attention to the first-ever Cubs-Cardinals playoff series. 

The guys are back after four month off...seriously, and they preview the Cubs-Pirates wild card game.  To say they are both nervous is...accurate.

They're back, and Kermit's not really all the thrilled with the podcast's name.  Andy tries to explain something he doesn't really understand, and the guys get to the bottom of who really sucks on the Cubs.
