Every now and then I like to post the pre-interview conversation I have with guests instead of make a formal episode. They can be so interesting and more human. My guest for this episode is the amazing Neil Sandham. Neil is a 9th and 10th Science teacher from Calgary, Alberta.

I ask every guest on this show, before the episode  "What's something you wish you could hear more often from your principal?" Or "What's something your principal says often you think more teachers should hear from theirs?" I hope this inspires principals to encourage their faculty, and teachers to leave schools they don't feel supported in.
