在澳生活13年，Silva Wei经历求学、求职、就业、创业等阶段，2008年毕业时遇上金融危机，花了整整一年才在澳洲找到一份工作。看着初来乍到的留学生们，就像看到当初迷惘的自己，Silva决定创业，帮助更多学生培养职场技能。
