I finished The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas in both book and movie form and these are my thoughts on it. It was hard to review it because it was so close to our reality. The hate you give little infants fucks everybody. You get back what you put out into the world.

" It could have been me" is a new segment that I got the idea for when talking to friends and just seeing and listening to the stories of black people in America. This is me reaching out asking friends, family and acquaintances to be a part of that story telling.
