Today the thought that came to mind is why am I doing this podcast on a daily basis and then when I put some thought I realized why….

What am I teaching my kids that they will cherish

Today evening instead of exercising I ended up drinking. I can pacify myself with any kind of reason. But the truth remains that I did not do as I was supposed to.

Yesterday our daughter a found a lost dog in her walk. And it was night. Let me share with you what we did.

We all try routines and then we change them when something does not work. Let me share one of my experiences from today.

Some reflections on learning.

We cannot do something does not mean no one else can do it.

I realized something about me. And it is impacting me negatively. I have to work on it.

Today I did something that proved me wrong and I want to share that with you
