It seems like a record number of bills that keep flowing through our state legislature.  We'll tackle some big ones.  Enjoy.

Ottawa County passes with a 9-1 ( 1 absent) vote to make the county a constitutional county affirming their belief in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence.  More stupid bills being introduced, seriously a hair discrimination bill, yes you heard that right.  Enjoy!

They can't help themselves.  Legislatures keep voting these ridiculous amounts of pork bills in order to pass it as a budget.  This should make everyone second guess who they put in office.  It is out of control!!

As fiscal year ends in October, budget talks are surfacing.  We look at agencies that have appropriations projected for next year's budget.  Dave hits news around the country as usual.  Enjoy!

We take a look on what has happened over the past couple of weeks regarding new bills that have passed.  Michigan is now allegiant to China.  Republicans with only R's by their name.  

Today we interviewed the Outreach Vice Chair for the Michigan Republican Party Rolie Makki, who is in fact a Muslim.  We asked her about her Muslim faith when it comes to Republican vs Democrat and her role as Outreach Vice Chair.

It's clear the democrats in Michigan are in control of both houses with a slew of new legislation that was passed this week.  Elliot-Larson passed both chambers.  Rifles and shotgun registration passes the house.  House repeals abortion law, right to work law, and reinstates prevailing wage law.  Eight Republican house members vote along with three senators to pass Elliot-Larson Gay Civil Rights b...

Even though we already can't discriminate against "sex", which the Michigan Supreme Court had ruled last year, that it does include gender identity and the LGBT community.  But no adoption of amendments for religious freedom?  Why not?  $1.3B appropriations bill passes.  Find out what's in it and more!

Hillsdale County infighting may lead to confrontation in February's State Convention. No wonder people are leaving this state for the second year in a row.  Merry Christmas everyone!!

Once again, the establishment is grasping at straws.  They lost in Ottawa County, now they plan to contest the fall convention and have a do-over?  What we did was lawful, and they have no grounds.  It is another attempt to hold onto their power - Macomb 2.0.  Wasteful grants being spread across the state.  Shameful!!  Enjoy!
