Episode 107 - “Love & Tolerance” 07.01.2021 13:07
In this episode, I share how I had to make a phone call yesterday to a coworker about his discontentment with a Facebook post I did for the company. His fear is hysterical really. Decluttering all of the junk that I have accumulated and starting fresh. Getting rid of things that I don’t want or need. Not holding onto items that are just taking up space and are rarely used. I’m excited about finding out what I really need i...
Episode 102 - “The Bottom Plow” 02.01.2021 8:55
In this episode, I share how my recovery over the last year is quite similar to using a bottom plow. Three years ago, I worked on getting sober from drugs and alcohol. Two years ago, I worked on debting, money and eating. Last year, in 2020, I focused on sex and love...which feels like using a bottom plow to turn over all the dirt from childhood.
Episode 101 - “Eighty Six on Flounder!” 30.12.2020 14:52
In this episode, I share a few thoughts and suggestions that I had in a conversation this morning with my action partner about his local restaurant. Instead of focusing on what to cut in spending, if he would focus on increasing revenue, that would be much smarter. 10X the amount of efforts on videos for marketing, 10X the energy spent on making sure we don’t run out of frozen Grab-N-Go items. I s...

I shared about this on a DA phone meeting this morning and got an attaboy for sharing about it...
Episode 99 - “Expect nothing more” 28.12.2020 10:38

After Christmas 2020, my resentments were high following having to spend time with my siblings and a ton of family. Why? Why was I so disturbed by these folks. It was because I had expectations of different endings. Having expectations are resentments unde...

And this episode, I share about a recent acronym that I came up with after hearing someone share and mentioning the word “slip“ about 18 times and their qualification. It really frustrates me to hear the word slip and how some people slept so many times. We have to stop the behavior in order to find and have a conscious contact with Higher Power.
Episode 94 - “Value Meal” is NOT the best value for your body 21.12.2020 3:32
In this episode, I share about a recent quote that I heard on the Secret to Success podcast. These guys shared about how working as a police officer on the night shift, the only places that sold food were places that have value meals. The value meals he realized might be the cheapest thing on the menu but they are not the best value for your body. Most of the police officers ended up being overwei...

Episode 89 - “Spiritual Sex” 11.12.2020 3:23
In this episode, I share about how there is a difference in being intimate with my partner today than it was two or three years ago. Recently, I have started to invite my Higher Power into the bedroom and I am not ashamed to say that sometimes I say the Lords Prayer and or the Third Step Prayer during sex. These have helped me to not fall into a lustful sex but to create spiritual sex with my part...
Episode 88 - Create a Call First Policy 11.12.2020 5:56
In this episode, I share about a recent example where someone should have called first. In today’s marketing climate, sending emails is just not enough. A phone call first can move mountains. This method cannot be reversed it is not ideal to email firs...
