Today's devotion is Romans 8:31 31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

Jesus said not to worry about your life (your basic needs)! Seems counter intuitive under current circumstances. But Jesus said these words to people who lived at a time when almost everyone was severely poor. Jesus promised that those who trust in Him and follow where He leads will have all they need provided for them. This is still true for those who trust Christ today. Mark 6:25-34

During this difficult season we are looking at what the Bible says about trusting God when things seem to be so upside down. In Part 1 we talk about Trusting God to save us even when we continue to make a mess of things.

Everyone wants to be great. But how do you define greatness? Is it the way the culture defines it, which is about power, and prestige, and popularity? Or is it how Christ defines it which is service, selflessness, and sacrifice? Listen to this week’s message.

As we prepare for Christmas it is important we understand that this time of year is the perfect opportunity to share Christ. Because everyone is already thinking about and preparing for the celebration of His birth. Even those who simply celebrate out of cultural tradition have Christmas on their minds.
