Do you have any enemies? Most of us would probably say, no.   But are there any people or groups of people you could never pray for or be kind toward or bless? And if you do have some actual enemies, why would you EVER follow Jesus' teaching on loving someone who doesn't deserve it? Is violence ever okay for a follower of Jesus? We live in a fairly violent world, so this seems like a pretty important question. When Jesus calls us to "turn the other cheek," is he inviting us to become a walking, talking doormat? Or is there something more he's getting at? How well do you deal with anger? Some people are total hot-heads.  They yell and stomp and make everyone uncomfortable around them.
