In this Episode we met with, Rachel Matthews, to discuss the process of writing and publishing her book - ' The Mental Millionaire' . In this hard-hitting story of childhood trauma, deceit, and self-sabotage, Rachel aspires to empower others on their healing journey, guiding them to find their own creative outlet, take control of their mental health and find freedom from the burden within.

We are delighted to introduce you all to our wonderful children's author, Christine Meyers, as we talk about the writing and publishing process of her book - 'Buddy Finds Buddha,' and Christine gives some brilliant advice about creating your own story! It was great to catch up with her post-publication, and reflect and reminisce on the process, a few months later. 

We are so pleased to welcome you to our fantastic (and international) Author, Nadine Dulake who lives in Mauritius.
