Toc is in the swivel chair this week, after setting a new record at Panboola Wetlands parkrun. Mel stayed local with all the layers at Toolern Creek. We bring you lots of news from The Netherlands Special Day and the NT, which includes roving reports from Katherine Hot Springs, Gungahlin and Burrum Heads Beach parkruns. Sarah and Simon team up for another week to bring you the latest in the parkrun world. There are roving reports from Lyndell at Highfields, Ruth at Pont y Bala and Heather from Taree parkrun. There’s mention of a rodeo, lots of launches, endemic species and let’s not forget a tongue twister or few.

With FOMO from last week, Simon joins Mel on Level Two with a View. Mel celebrates at Peppertree while Simon revisits Fodder Forest parkrun. Toc and Mel have returned from New Zealand to enjoy running back on home soil. But not before they caught up again at Pyramid Hill Golf Trail parkrun. Amongst the news from around the globe were roving reports from Calum at Market Bosworth Country, Ingrid at Australian Standing Stones and PK pops in from Port Broughton parkrun. And that’s not the half of it!

Simon and Sarah are both back with a belly full of Easter eggs. They discuss the many records broken this week across Australia and Budgie makes an appearance back down under. There are roving reports from Warrandyte River Reserve and Shrewsbury parkrun. Let’s not forget, a snippet from the founder of this event that brings us together each week.

Mel & Toc took the show on the road to Queenstown in New Zealand for the 8th palm, and the first outside Australia. We spoke to our two international attendees - Johan Duvenhage from Sud Afrique and Ali Sheppard from the UK. Lyndell and Tracey ran the quizz, and we enjoyed our usual Q & A with the live audience ... some of which you will get to hear.

In our last episode before palm25 we hear from Toc about his new event at Eildon Pondage while Mel was adventuring on the road to Drage Reserve. Mel got ranty about stuff. Invy is the new Voldemort. And we have roving reports from Surat Memorial Park and Letsatsi Lodge. Plus all the usuals as we bid farewell to updates on Birtinya Island.

Sarah is back in the comfy chair, talking with Simon about the last seven weeks, cyclones and a few records. We have a roving report from Penrith parkrun (not the one in Western Sydney). Toc returns to the host chair to an inbox overflowing. Mel loves the emails that mention her Magpies and discussions continue about Number Checkers. We hear from Calum at Holyrood, PK joins from the new Drage Reserve and Lyndell the Legendary celebrates at Golden Beach parkrun. Did you Tu-Tu up last week? Reginald is feeling passionate, Charles emails with a Tassie update and the launches roll in. Oi Oi Oi!
