The parkrun adventurers enjoy the return of a fave as Lyndell is back to co-host the pod with Mel. We get all poetic and wild in Australia with Roving Reports from Charleston and Tamworth Wetlands parkruns, plus our Foreign Correspondent brings us more frivolity from the UK, reporting in from Hove Promenade parkrun this International parkrun Day.

The parkrun adventurers split their co-hosting between two nations this week as the dynamic David Moss joins Mel from the other side of the globe. Newy parkrun legend Andrew Dodd (AKA The Doddfather) shares his passion for parkrun, and Roving Reports are in from across the country, coming to us from Stebonheath, Shipwreck, Lorne, Rocks Riverside and Burley Griffin parkruns.
