In 2014, Lucasfilm reclassified all earlier supplemental Star Wars material as Legends. This was met with some consternation from some corners of the fandom. Today on Certain Point of View, I would like to discuss why Legends was the perfect label, as well as address concerns from those who feel that Lucasfilm "erased" their beloved material.
