I am a Japanese teacher in Singapore. Struggling to improve your Japanese listening? You watch Japanese dramas or anime, but end up reading subtitles instead of listening. Native Japanese videos feel too fast. In many Japanese classes in Singapore, reading and writing come first, and even conversation practice doesn’t always help listening skills grow. This podcast is for Japanese learners in Singapore. I talk about everyday life in Singapore, travel, and Japan, using simple grammar, basic vocabulary, and a slow, clear speaking pace. Japanese and English scripts are shared.
